We offer appropriate programs for two age groups. For children ages 18 months to 3.5 years old, we teach very basic motor skills, cognitive development, and balance. We offer a group setting where they learn not only the importance of teamwork, but also achieving shared goals. For children ages 3.5-10 years old, we help them learn how to set and achieve goals and overcome challenges. As children learn body mastery and coordination, and as they achieve goals individually or as a team, they learn valuable self-esteem and social skills that will serve them well throughout life.
